Responsibilities

Supply Chain Management

Develop and implement effective supply-chain strategies for a fast-paced fashion industry; work with production, procurement and inventory teams to optimise stock levels.

Distribution Network

Manage and optimise the distribution network for timely, cost-effective global delivery; collaborate with third-party logistics partners.

Inventory Control

Minimise stockouts, overstock and losses; regularly analyse and report on inventory levels.

Quality Assurance

Establish and enforce quality-control processes before shipping; work with production teams on corrective actions.

Process Optimisation

Continuously improve logistics processes and introduce technology-driven solutions.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Work with sales, marketing and customer service; resolve logistics issues affecting customer satisfaction.

Compliance & Documentation

Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations; maintain accurate shipment and customs records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business or a related field (preferred, not mandatory).
• Proven experience in logistics operations management, preferably in fashion or e-commerce.
• Strong understanding of supply-chain processes, inventory management and distribution optimisation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
• Proficiency in logistics management software and tools.

Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a hard-working, result-driven Digital Marketing Executive to set up, execute and report on digital marketing strategies across paid media channels. You will work with the marketing, category, design and editorial teams and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget — with the objective of significantly growing sales revenue for BlackTree India.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, plan and implement the digital marketing strategy across Google, Facebook, affiliates and ad exchanges.
• Strategise, execute and optimise campaigns on Google Search, UAC, UACe, Display, YouTube, Shopping and Discovery, plus Amazon and other marketplace ads.
• Run Facebook dynamic, prospecting and remarketing campaigns with robust data analysis, A/B tests and new ad formats.
• Brief content and creatives as per campaign objectives, sales and promotions, within brand guidelines.
• Measure and report across all media channels against goals and KPIs.
• Drive scalability while improving or maintaining ROI; prepare and manage the digital marketing budget and media plan.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, monitor competition and suggest improvements.

Must-Haves

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience running campaigns on Google and Facebook Ads.
• Good knowledge of all digital marketing channels.

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with SEM, Google Analytics, Similarweb and attribution tools like Branch.
• Understanding of data, attribution models and cross-platform reporting.
