Can I use the 100% cashback to buy garments, perfumes or accessories?
Yes. The 100% cashback offered by BlackTree Foods is applicable only to the purchase of fashion items. You can use it to buy BlackTree garments, perfumes and accessories.
How do I create an account to be eligible for the 100% cashback?
Visit the BlackTree website and click “Create account”. Please provide your correct address, email ID and mobile number during registration.
How can I redeem my cashback?
Place an order on the BlackTree website and select “Pay via Wallet” as the payment method at checkout. Your cashback balance will be applied to the payment.
Can I use the cashback to buy food items again?
No. Cashback cannot be used to buy food items — such orders will be cancelled. You can use it to buy BlackTree clothing, footwear, accessories, perfumes and more.
What is the maximum cashback I can redeem per transaction?
You can redeem up to ₹1,000 of cashback per transaction; any remaining balance can be used in another order. The company may also set a minimum transaction limit (between ₹1 and ₹1,000), which may change from time to time.
Can products bought with cashback be returned?
Products bought with cashback generally cannot be returned, unless there is a size issue or a defect. In that case, you can request a replacement within 4 days of receiving the product.
Can I withdraw the cashback as cash or transfer it to Paytm or Google Pay?
No. Cashback cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred to any payment platform such as Paytm or Google Pay. It is credited to your BlackTree Wallet.
How long is my cashback valid?
Cashback credited to your BlackTree Wallet has no expiry date. It remains valid for future purchases.
Can I get cashback without a BlackTree account?
No. You must have a BlackTree account to be eligible for the 100% cashback offer. Correct address, email ID and mobile number are mandatory to keep your wallet balance secure.
Can I use cashback on any order?
Yes. You can use your cashback on any eligible fashion order on BlackTree by selecting “Pay via Wallet” at checkout.
What if a product bought with cashback has a size issue or defect?
You can request a replacement within 4 days of receiving the product, and BlackTree will arrange the replacement.
Can BlackTree change the cashback terms?
